Le discours climato-sceptique : une rhétorique réactionnaire
Abstract
The article studies how the stances on climate policy are organized in the French public discussion. The arguments for or against climate policy are shown to fit in the structure of three pairs of opposite thesis, identified by Albert Hirschman. Climate-sceptics use the rhetoric of reaction, whereas ecologists use the rhetoric of progress.
L'article étudie les positions prises dans le débat public sur les politiques climatiques. Les arguments pour ou contre les politiques climatiques sont ordonnés en trois paires antagonistes, suivant la classification établie par Albert Hirschman. Le discours des climato-sceptiques apparaît calqué sur la rhétorique " réactionnaire ", tandis que celui des écologistes adopte la rhétorique " progressiste ".
